Description:
The change of marketing pin name in Agilex, 
1. remove SDMMC_CONFIG_* 
2. add AS_nRST and PWRMGT_ALERT pin function

The marketing pin name change in the following devices in Q21.2, 
1. AGF027/AGFB027, R25A
2. AGFA022/AGFB022, R25A
3. AGFA014/AGFB014, R24B
4. AGFA012/AGFB012, R24B

Caution - You must either have previously installed the
          Intel(R) Quartus(R) Prime 21.2 software or must
          install the Intel(R) Quartus(R) Prime 21.2 software
          before installing this patch. Otherwise, the patch will
          not be installed correctly and the Intel(R) Quartus(R) Prime
          software will not run properly.

Note:

    already installed those patches, you can safely install this new
    patch on top.
