This patch enables the configuration / programming file generation for Cyclone III LS EP3CLS100 and EP3CLS70 devices.

Note:
      This patch needs the following INI variable(s) to be able to work:

           quartus_ini_variable_replace_me = on

      # Password to enable SOF generation for EP3CLS100 in 9.1 SP2

      Please put the INI variable statement(s) in the "quartus.ini" file, and put the file into your project directory. 

Caution - You must either have previously installed the Quartus II 
          software version 9.1 SP2 or must install the Quartus II 
          software version 9.1 SP2 before installing this patch. 
          Otherwise, the patch will not be installed correctly and 
          the Quartus II software will not run properly.
