Problem: Quartus II 10.0 gives an Illegal PCIExpress no fit on AIIGX when used with x1 version.
	 THe error is as follows: Error: Can't assign I/O pad "tx_out0" to PIN_AM31 because
	 this causes failure in the placement of the other atoms in its associated channel.
 

Solution: This patch provides the solution.


Caution - You must either have previously installed the 
          Quartus II 10.0 software or must 
          install the Quartus II 10.0 software 
          before installing this patch. Otherwise, the patch will 
          not be installed correctly and the Quartus II 
          software will not run properly.
