Built with advanced 10 nm SuperFin technology (F-Series and I-Series), Intel 7 technology (M-Series), and a second-generation Intel® Hyperflex™ FPGA Architecture, Intel Agilex devices deliver ~2X better fabric performance per watt1 compared to competing 7 nm FPGAs. Intel Agilex devices also offer integrated Arm-based processors, up to 116Gbps transceivers, PCI Express (PCIe) 5.0, Compute Express Link (CXL), and support for Intel® Optane™ Persistent Memory. These features make them ideal for a wide range of applications in many markets including data center, networking, broadcast, defense, and industrial.

Intel® Agilex™ I-Series FPGAs and SoC FPGAs Targeted for bandwidth-intensive applications, this series is built using Intel 10 nm SuperFin process technology and expands upon Intel® Agilex™ F-Series device features, offering transceiver rates up to 116 Gbps, PCIe 5.0 support, and cache- and memory-coherent attach to processors with Compute Express Link (CXL).
Intel® Agilex™ M-Series FPGAs and SoC FPGAs Targeted for compute and memory-intensive applications, this series is built using Intel 7 process technology and expands upon Intel® Agilex™ I-Series device features, offering in-package high-bandwidth memory (HBM), memory interfaces for DDR5 SDRAM, and a hard memory Network-on-Chip (NoC) to maximize memory bandwidth.
Intel® Agilex™ D-Series FPGAs and SoC FPGAs Targeted for midrange FPGA applications that deliver higher performance, lower power, and smaller form factors, this series is manufactured on Intel 7 process, offering transceiver rates up to 28 Gbps, multi-core Arm SoC, and enhanced DSP with AI Tensor Blocks.
Intel® Agilex™ Direct RF-Series SoC FPGAs Targeted for Direct RF applications, this series integrates industry leading wideband data converters with sample rates up to 64Gsps and medium-band data converters with hi-fidelity performance. This series uses Intel 10nm SuperFIN process technology, offers transceiver rates up to 58Gbps, and provides high channel density packages to address difficult size constraints.
