RES-10203: Registers with Initial Conditions
Description
Violations of this rule identify registers that have explicit initial condition values in their design entry. Registers that rely on explicit initial conditions may limit retiming or not be realizable in structured ASIC hardware.
Recommendation
Remove initial conditions from the listed registers.
