Disabling Onboard Video to Add Video Card

You're unable to add a video card.
How to fix it
For Intel® Motherboards, such as the Intel® Desktop Board CA810 and Intel Desktop Board CA810E: You can change the primary video adapter can be changed from the onboard AGP to an add-in PCI adapter through the desktop board BIOS setup utility.
- Find this setting in the Advanced screen under Video Configuration.
- To access the BIOS setup utility, press F2 during system boot. When Press F2 to enter setup displays on the screen during system boot, press F2 at that time.
For non-Intel motherboards that use the Intel® 810 Chipset Family: Check in the BIOS setup for similar options to those offered on the Intel motherboards. For example: Primary Display Adapter, Video Adapter settings, Primary Video—AGP or PCI, or Onboard video Disable or Enable. Some motherboard manufacturers don't implement this option in their BIOS. Contact the system or motherboard manufacturer for more information regarding BIOS settings.
If there's only a BIOS setting to change the primary graphics adapter: Setting this to PCI won't completely disable the integrated graphics adapter. Instead, it will set it to work as the secondary adapter for multimonitor support. If multimonitor support isn't desired, you can disable the Intel® 810 Chipset Family graphics driver (in software) in Device Manager.
To disable the integrated graphics in Device Manager:
- Right-click on the icon for the Intel® Graphics Controller, then click Properties.
- Uncheck the item that says Exists in all hardware profiles.
- Reboot.
- Go back into Device Manager, then back into the properties for the Intel graphics controller.
- Click the checkbox for the item that says Disabled in this hardware profile.
