To verify employment, call (800) 367-5690 or contact Equifax Verification Services.¹

For verbal verification of employment, you need to provide a social security number, (obtained directly from the employee). 

For written verification of employment and salary/income information, you need to provide four pieces of information:

• Intel company code of #10976
• Social security number (obtained directly from the employee)
• Worldwide employee number (obtained directly from the employee)
• A salary key (also obtained directly from the employee)
