Components and System Requirements for the Intel Unite® app
What do I need to get started?
The Intel Unite® solution requires the following components:
- Enterprise Server: You can install the enterprise server on a physical machine or run it as a virtual machine. The server provides the PINs, resolves PIN issues, provides monitoring and alerts, and allows IT to manage the Intel Unite® solution deployment.
- Collaborative Hub: The hub is a system based on Intel® vPro™ technology, specifically designed to support the Intel Unite® solution. The collaborative hub is connected to a conference room display and runs a full-screen version of the Intel Unite® app. Several manufacturers offer mini PC models to support Intel Unite solutions.
- Client Software: Install the Intel Unite® software on end-user systems. The application allows you to connect to a hub, and to collaborate in peer-to-peer mode.
