Intel® Joule™ Products – EU RED Certification, Declaration of Conformity, and Updated Labeling
The certification process and the creation of the Declaration of Conformity (DOC) for Intel Joule modules and developer kits (Intel Joule products) is complete. The EU Radio Equipment Directive (RED) requires this process.
Intel® Joule™ products shipping from Intel as of August 21, 2017 include the packaging and labeling change. The labeling change with the updated DOC reflects that these products can be shipped to EU countries. Download the Product Change Notification. For more details, see:

Intel® Joule™ Products – BLOCKED FROM SHIPMENT INTO TAIWAN
As a result of new product labeling requirements, Intel blocked shipments of Intel® Joule™ Compute Modules and developer kits into Taiwan. Labeling requirements include labeling that reflects compliance with new Taiwan RoHS standards. At this time, Intel does not plan to update product labeling for Intel Joule Compute Modules and developer kits.
