You can set SSDs for 512 bytes (512b) per sector or 4096-byte sectors (4k).

Intel® RAID SSD Cache with Fast Path *I/O is only compatible with 512b settings. It is not compatible with 4k or 4k native drive sectoring.

Use the set -intelssd 0 PhysicalSectorSize=512 command to set your Intel® SSD to a compatible sector size.
