Information on how to set up dual monitors on Intel ® NUC kits (NUC8i7HNK or NUC8i7HVK)
HDMI or mini DP (display port) cables are working when used for single monitor display. I'm unable to setup dual monitors at the same time.
Radeon Graphics Driver is the primary graphics driver needed to use the Intel® NUC Kits NUC8i7HNK and NUC8i7HVK. If you do not install both the Intel HD Graphics driver and the Radeon driver, you might experience the following problems:
- Unstable graphics
- Cannot set up multiple displays
- Application crashes after opening
To check if Radeon graphics driver is installed, follow the steps below:
- Download and run Intel® System Support Utility for Windows. Check the system information in the log.
- Check Device manager > Display adapters.
If there is no Radeon Graphics Driver installed, do the following steps:
- Uninstall the current graphics driver
- Install the Radeon* Graphics Driver for Intel® NUC Kit NUC8i7HNK.
- Then install the Intel® HD Graphics Driver for Intel® NUC Kit NUC8i7HNK.
