Intel Customer Support technical support services remain fully operational.

Some Intel Customer Support product warranty services are currently being impacted due to country restrictions; the details of which can be found below. Geographies not listed are currently not impacted.

If further country-specific government restrictions are applied, there is the potential for additional impacts causing warranty processing and transit times to increase. We are actively monitoring the situation to adjust operations where and/or when possible and will communicate to our warranty customers directly when potential delays are known.

Asia Pacific Region
India
  • Shipping of warranty related product has resumed with some delays based upon remaining government restrictions and courier availability. 
  • Several walk-in Service Centers are now open with limited hours of operation; however, some remain closed by Government order. We recommend you call to confirm if the location closest to you is open.
  • Customers can contact Intel Customer Support to process a standard warranty return.
