Steps on what to do when the Integrated BMC Web Console Health event logs show these warnings

Description

The event logs within the Integrated BMC Web Console show the following warning:

  • Drive Presence: Deasserted
  • Drive Fault: Asserted
Resolution

If during normal operation, the state changes unexpectedly, ensure that the drive is seated properly and the drive carrier properly latched. If this does not work, replace the drive (See Table 114 of the System Event Log Troubleshooting Guide).
