Description
This failure to store the user flash defined information in the Define CFI Flash Device window will occur if you do not have the admin access in your machine. User flash define information is stored in Windows registry. Therefore you must have system administration (administrator) privileges in order to store the parameter in the Define New Flash Device window in the Quartus® II programmer.
