Do I need to isolate the VCCA_PLL and VCCD_PLL power supplies if I am not using PLLs in my Arria series or Stratix series devices?

    No, it is not mandatory to isolate the VCCA_PLL or VCCD_PLL power supplies if you are not using any of the PLLs in your Arria® series or Stratix® series device. Isolation is advised if you are using PLLs, as this provides optimum jitter performance.
