Memory Controller May Become Unresponsive for LPDDR2 Interfaces Using Deep Power-Down Mode

    Critical Issue

    Description

    This problem affects LPDDR2 products.

    The HPC II memory controller in LPDDR2 interfaces may become unresponsive after the interface exits deep power down mode.

    Resolution

    The workaround for this issue is to disable the EMIF Toolkit or to not use deep power-down mode.

    This issue will be fixed in a future version.
