Resolution
To invert the transceiver Tx polarity of the Stratix V device Native PHY when using the 10G PCS you must use the Megawizard™ "Enable Tx Data Polarity Inversion" option.
This parameter will invert all Tx channels used in the IP variant as well as the PRBS Generator\'s data.
