Why does the R-tile Avalon® Streaming Intel® FPGA IP for PCI Express* fails to enumerate when using the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 22.1?

Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 22.1, desings including the R-Tile Avalon® Streaming Intel® FPGA IP for PCI Express* may fail to enumerate as an endpoint when connected to a host system.

A patch is available to work around this problem for the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 22.1.  Download and install Patch 0.10 from the appropriate link below.

This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software.
