End-of-Interactive-Support (EOIS) Announcement for Intel® Optane™ Memory M10 Series
The product Intel® Optane™ Memory M10 Series reached their End of Interactive Support (EOIS) on March 15, 2024. After this date, Intel concludes providing interactive support, including technical support provided through web tickets, telephone, chat, community support forums, or email inquiries.
This notification is separate from Intel's warranties. The 5-year warranty terms from date of sale remain unchanged: Warranty for Intel® Optane™ SSDs and Intel® Optane™ Memory (Client).
For reference, this product reached its End of Life (EOL) on January 13, 2021: End-of-Life (EOL) Announcement: Intel® Optane™ Memory Products Not Supported on 12th/13th Generation Intel® Processors and Related Platforms.
