5.9. Troubleshooting License File Issues

Generally, to troubleshoot licensing issue, perform these steps:

  1. Check that the license file has not expired.
  2. Regenerate the license from the SSLC.
  3. Verify that the LM_LICENSE_FILE environment variable points to the location of the license.dat file. The setup of the environment variable depends on the OS on your PC. For more information, refer to
