8.2.4.3. Enabling the Projected SEU FIT by Component Usage Report

The Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Fitter generates the Projected SEU FIT by Component Usage report. The Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software only generates reports for designs that successfully pass place and route.

To enable the report:

  1. Obtain and install the SEU license.
  2. Add the following assignments to your project's .qsf file: 
    set_global_assignment –name ENABLE_ADV_SEU_DETECTION ON
set_global_assignment –name SEU_FIT_REPORT ON
